This error can occur during calibration if the drive shaft does not move. The cause may be one of the following:
The air bearing pressure is too low.
The weight used for force calibration is too large.
There is a problem with the drive electronics or the motor.
There is something obstructing the movement of the drive shaft.
Make sure that you have removed the fixed and moveable clamps, that the air bearing pressure is regulated to 420 kPa (60 psi), and that the weight used for force calibration does not exceed 100 grams; then repeat the calibration.
