The instrument uses the calibration information to calculate data during an experiment. Therefore, the calibration parameters cannot be changed while a method is running.
1. Select Cancel to exit the window.
2. Wait until the method is complete or stop the method in progress.
3. Enter the desired changes to the calibration parameters.
