3. Use your artistic imagenation to make whatever shapes and forms of ÓÍÌõ and put it into pre heated oil. Use oil instead of dry flour to prevent the dough stick to every thing. A hint from non-professional: cut the dough into ~ 1cm thick, 10-15cm long pieces. Stack two on top of eachother, press them together with a chopstick. You will get guite some professional looking one. Try a few to get the proper thickness. Too thin or thick both won't do.
